Sometimes these hectic times can lead to an overload, resulting in stress which manifests in many different ways. The consequences could be children not being their usual best 'selves'. How Can I Help?
The benefits of reducing stress means that stress isn't held within the body to cause disease, often leading to long term ill health or mental anguish. The therapy techniques help the children to reframe their problems and reduce their negative emotions. This gives them more control over their thoughts and feelings, hearing themselves being more positive and seeing things in a different perspective - changing their thoughts from negative to positive giving kids more confidence and calmness. I have one to one sessions as well as group self development sessions. I also work with adults under the name of Calm Minds.
